The Assistant of General Manager Jingwang Guo organized special training which contained two parts. The first part was “We Are salesmen” and the second part was “How to Build a High-Performance Team”. ”We are Salesmen” focused on how to treat different positions sanely while “How to Build a High-Performance Team” first talked about the definition of team-work and then described constitutive factors and his understanding. Lastly, through two stories further cleared the importance of team-work.
This training is different from the previous because very employee expressed their opinions. All employees benefit a lot after this training. In the eyes of Guo, innovate a new way of training like that could help each other to solve problems.
